Design in hospitality and tourism facilities is regarded as a core aspect that can contribute towards adding value to both operations and guests, however marketing is of utmost importance in the hospitality industry, especially for hotels which helps attract customers by showcasing the hotel's unique selling points and promotes the services offered.


Without the correct Organizational structure, none of this would run effectively, as the organisational structure provides, the framework for organizing and managing all the activities within a hospitality establishment.


In this module we take a look at the layout, service offering, facilities and the staff hierarchy that ensures the smooth operation within the Organisation.
